• Full Working rights with a valid no restrictions driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
• Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check
• 6 months plus paid experience within the industry

We are looking for experienced and dedicated  support workers to provide private in-home supportive care for clients with disability.

Achieve life balance by using your care experience to build a roster that suits your lifestyle. Utilising your Aged Care Facility experience to work with Private in-home clients. You can combine both careers with Ontime Healthcare.

We are looking for PCA’s who are energetic and dedicated to work in aged care facilities in and around Bendigo .

Achieve life balance by using your care experience to build a roster that suits your lifestyle. Utilising your Aged Care Facility experience to pick up additional shifts at other facilities and diversify your experience. You can combine both careers with Ontime Healthcare.

• Post Grad qualifications in Mental Health
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• At least one year experience working in Australia
• Current Police Check
• Current and up to date Immunisations including Covid 19 and Influenza.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety
• Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required
• Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
• Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual’s care, including family members, social workers, and healthcare professionals
• Attend regular team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• NDIS Screening Check – not essential but highly desirable
• Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals’ privacy
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and willingness to follow company policies and procedures
