Ontime Healthcare work with a number of clients in hospitals, aged care facilities, prisons and also in the community. We currently work in Melbourne, Bendigo, Ballarat and Geelong.

There are two arms to the business: homecare and nursing. The great thing about working for Ontime is the ability to work across both sides of the company, provided you have the necessary qualifications to do so.

We use a workforce planning app that lets you see future shifts and what is available in your area. Our experienced allocations teams will help you find work within your preferences – including the type of work, the location and the number of hours per week. We will provide you with help once you complete onboarding, and will work together with you to secure your shifts.

We will provide you with an Ontime Healthcare shirt and an ID badge once you have completed onboarding. This will be sent via courier to your home address but may take a few days to arrive. If you wish to work before you receive this – no worries! Let our team know and we will notify our clients that you will be arriving wearing a suitable black or navy polo shirt instead.

Timesheets are submitted electronically at the completion of your shift and signed off by a senior staff member. If you have any issues with getting a signature, let the office know and we’ll be able to help out.

In some circumstances, e.g. correctional settings, paper timesheets are required. We will send you a paper timesheet book and you can email completed slips to the office on a weekly basis

Pays are processed by our finance team on a weekly basis on a Monday or the next business day after a public holiday. You will receive a payslip once they have been processed and your pay will arrive in your bank account shortly after.

After applying, our friendly recruitment team will get in touch with you to discuss your skills experience and what you are looking for. After having a successful interview, you will have access to our shift allocations app where you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle.

Our recruitment team will work closely with you to help you with uploading documents, and help you through the whole process.

You will be able to take advantage of the variety of casual shifts we have available in locations close to home, including Melbourne’s inner-city, south-east, east & west as well as Bendigo and surrounding areas.
