Our service aims to support and improve a person’s capacity for work by providing holistic services. We guide and support employers and people with an injury, health condition or disability through recruitment, return to work and open support services in Australia.
We customise our disability employment services to suit our job seekers and employers, taking a biopsychosocial approach to address any vocational and non-vocational barriers. Job seekers receive a personal career and workplace consultant, equipped with all needed resources, and skilled at navigating them through the process of engaging and partnering with an inclusive employment partner.
